🍅 Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes (soaked 1–2 hours)
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Pinch of sea salt

🥒 Marinated Veggies

  • 1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of sea salt

👩‍🍳 Directions

1. Prepare the Cauliflower Base

Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until rice-like.
Transfer to a bowl and mix with flaxseed, almond flour, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and spices.

2. Form the Dough

Add water gradually until the mixture becomes moldable but not wet.
Shape into small pizza rounds (about 1/4-inch thick) on dehydrator sheets.

3. Dehydrate the Crust

Dehydrate at 115°F (46°C) for 6–8 hours.
Flip carefully and continue dehydrating another 6–8 hours until firm and slightly crisp on the outside.

4. Make the Sauce

Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth and spreadable.
Adjust water for desired thickness.

5. Marinate the Veggies

In a bowl, toss sliced vegetables with olive oil, lemon juice, seasoning, and salt.
Let sit for 15–30 minutes to soften and absorb flavor.

6. Assemble the Pizza

Spread sun-dried tomato sauce over each crust.
Top with marinated veggies.

7. Optional Final Warm-Up

Place assembled pizzas back in the dehydrator for 30–60 minutes to gently warm and meld flavors.

✨ Serving Tip

Finish with fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil, or a sprinkle of hemp seeds for that elevated, café-style touch.
